In my latest work I worked with the use of Gamma brainwaves to "boost" consciousness.

So, this is not for meditation etc, but rather to enhance your wake state and expand how you experience your individual reality.
The reality you experience only exists for you. When your brain is no longer, there is no difference on reality, but your filter of it is no longer there.
